Kategorie: Parbleu

Parbleu is a multicultural fever dream born in Naples, Italy, emerging from the creative partnership between Andres Balbucea (vocals and keyboard) and Andrea De Fazio (drums) as a five-piece collective — completed by Vincenzo Lamagna (bass), Alessio Pignorio (guitar) and Paolo “Batà” Bianconcini (percussion) — blending Mediterranean warmth with global grooves rooted in the musical heritage of Naples. The group merges French, Arabic, and Neapolitan influences into a distinctive musical language that moves effortlessly between disco, funk, Afro-tropical rhythms, and cinematic jazz fusion.

Parbleu stands as one of the defining voices of the contemporary Mediterranean scene as a celebration of life and an antidote to despair. Their visceral live shows, blending musicianship, improvisation, and irresistible grooves, have brought them to some of the most respected festivals and venues in Europe and their invitation to dance, dream and travel through sound is far from over.
